My wife depends on reviews when making purchases or selecting services. She selected Artos INC as a possible contractor for adding an addition to our home. We initially felt very positive about our choice since they immediately scheduled an appointment to discuss our project for the next morning (Friday). Viktor came to our home and made a 3D rendering of our existing structure using his iPad. We were impressed with the quick response, questions asked, and the use of technology. We were told that he would be back in touch with a proposal and estimate on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. We stressed that we were anxious to get started as the addition was needed to get my mother-in-law out of an assisted living facility where she presently resides. No response was received on either Tuesday or Wednesday so we decided to wait until noon on Thursday before contacting Viktor for an update. A text message was sent to Viktor @ 12:32pm and read @ 3:09pm..... It is now Monday (4 days later) and still no response! WE WERE GHOSTED! If you wish to say that a project is not for you that is fine, however, a lack of or no communication is simply bad business..... UPDATE: We later learned that there was a family emergency and soon after we were contacted with an update and quotes. Since that time we have been very pleased with the quick response and attention by ARTOS INC! We had Artos come and quote us for popcorn ceiling removal. Soon after we discovered it had asbestos and safe specialist removal would be EXTREMELY costly. Three other contractors denied the work, but Viktor at Artos came up with the creative solution of drywalling over the popcorn to enclose the popcorn and create the smooth ceiling. Our PM Vitality was very communicative the entire time which I really appreciated. The project did go longer than anticipated, but he was determined to get us the best results and not cut any corners. He even communicated with me after the project to supply touch up paint for where we painted the walls. I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to describe the greatness of ARTOS Inc. This company is just EXCELLENCE. I would say perfection except I leave space for everyone to be human; they’re very close relatives 😂. From the time I saw an ARTOS work truck, I knew I would at least get an estimate. Viktor came and provided me with a thorough estimate for an ADA bathroom. He has the gift of listening intently to your vision, needs and wants and making it come to life. If he promises then he delivers! My bathroom went from sad to FAB! His business operation is the best I’ve dealt with in my 52 years on earth. Once you accept the quote, he schedules your start date. You’re assigned a project manager to oversee your project—who is always a phone call or text message away to happily address any questions or concerns. From the demolition team to the plumbers to the installer to the trash pickup crew to the cleaning team; this was NEXT LEVEL EXCELLENCE! I had very little dust because the team covered everything and tidied up every evening before leaving. All I had to do was get out of the way. And I did just that. I happily parked on the street and gave the team full access to my driveway and garage. Everyone on the team for my project were OUTSTANDING people. Very pleasant to deal with.
